WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION You will: Serve as the primary connection between engineering and production, helping resolve questions quickly and keeping projects on track. Support production teams by answering installation and design questions, using Trachte standards and engineering procedures. Partner with engineers to clarify or raise more technical issues, ensuring they receive the information needed to develop solutions. Verify materials and replacement parts, ensuring they meet requirements for each job and are suitable for their intended use. Document recurring issues related to material quality or design clarity and share insights that support team training and continuous improvement. Maintain and distribute updated print revisions for in-production use, ensuring teams work from the most current information. Promote a positive, safety-focused environment that supports collaboration, clear communication, and high-quality workmanship. YOU HAVE You have experience working with electrical systems through design, installation, or field-based roles, and are comfortable interpreting drawings, specifications, and standards. You bring a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and can help others apply it in practical situations. You’ve worked in collaborative, multi-functional environments and enjoy serving as a point of connection between teams. You’re organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple questions, updates, and follow-ups throughout the day. Formal technical education, electrical licensing, or experience as an Electrical Designer, Journeyman, or Engineer is a plus. Requirements
