Requirements

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with electrical circuits, motor controls, and industrial automation.
  • Basic understanding of PLC's, low voltage controls, three phase power distribution, vision systems, electronic sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics.
  • Experience with Autocad, Solidworks, and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and control panels for manufacturing equipment.
  • Work with PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial automation systems to enhance production efficiency.
  • Support the installation, calibration, and maintenance of sensors, actuators, and motor controls.
  • Analyze electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Conduct research and propose automation solutions to optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Assist in documentation, including wiring diagrams, test reports, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all electrical and automation tasks.
