Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent, from an ABET recognized program.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities
- Execute a major project that will cover the basics of the engineering lifecycle from requirements capture through detailed design.
- Learn the basic steps of the Systems Engineering method.
- Complete projects and tasks within the R&D Engineering project portfolio.
- Develop and understanding of the Enchanted Rock generators set and microgrids.
- Understand schematics, wiring diagrams, analyze complex problems to identify root cause and develop innovative solutions under guidance from senior team members.
- Work across disciplines with mechanical engineers, controls and field personnel as required.
- Instrumentation, testing, data gathering/analysis, and field support of generator units in the fleet.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding component specifications and design.
- Attention to safety and its critical importance in the work environment.
- Other tasks as identified by senior team members.
