About The Position

This assignment provides a diverse experience in the functions and needs of a rubber manufacturing group. The selected individual will be involved in the support of the Lincoln Manufacturing Facility. The student can expect to be exposed to the following Large Facility Electrical Infrastructure Rockwell and Kepware programming Electrical and Facility Schematics (AutoCad) Manufacturing processes (Rubber Mixing, Prep, and Industrial Belt Production) Quality Systems (ISO9000) Lean Manufacturing Principles Systematic Problem-solving tools Selecting and ordering of production support supplies

Requirements

  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • 15 credit hours completed
  • Minimum 1.5 years of remaining undergraduate studies
  • Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week.
  • Ability to flex up to 40 hours per week when school is not in session.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years remaining till completion of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Electrical Engineering major is preferred.
