Lockheed Martin Space in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking a Electrical Engineer Intern for Summer 2026. In this role, you will develop solutions to technical problems of varying complexity, perform in a team environment and work under the general direction of a group lead. Individual directly supports activities involving the handling, assembly, disassembly, testing and repair of hardware, ordnance hardware and supporting equipment. You will be working with experienced engineers, researches, designs, develops, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including communications equipment and systems, circuitry components, analog and digital computers, and control and test equipment. You will work with a team of talent personnel and supervisor. Along with project leaders and other personnel in the section or group.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or other related degree program from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience reading schematic diagrams or work experience with circuit design/analysis.
  • Experience with applicable CAD and simulation tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure with electrical test engineering, test support, and planning.
  • Classroom knowledge of RF Engineering courses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
