Requirements

• 3rd year undergraduate student preferred
• Desire to work in the Building Design industry
• Passionate about sustainable design solutions
• Effective communicator

• Electrical Load Calculations/Block Loads
• EZ Power Crash Course
• Schematic Design Narratives
• NEC Review
• Renewable Energies
• Research PV, Wind, Fuel Cell technologies
• Layout/design/calculations of PV System
• Emerging Technologies (BIPV, level III car charge, CIGS PV, etc.)
• CAD and Revit
• General project timeline/overview
• Specifications
• Site Visits/Site Observation Reports
• Cost estimate review/preparation
• M/E coordination schedule
