  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow and/or create effective and engaging lesson plans
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students
  • Ability to work flexible hours, typically as part of an after school activity program
