About The Position

Develop and deliver high-quality, student-centered lectures and lab sessionsCreate engaging and interactive lesson plans that incorporate real-world examples and hands-on activitiesProvide individualized support and assistance to students as neededStay up-to-date with advancements in the electrical engineering field and incorporate them into curriculum developmentFoster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow and/or create effective and engaging lesson plans
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Ability to work flexible hours, typically as part of an after school activity program
