About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical system design, analysis, and troubleshooting, with the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements. This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days remote, 2 days onsite in the Fort Myers FL area).

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years experience
• Revit experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems, equipment, and components for assigned projects.
• Ensure designs comply with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other applicable codes and standards.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, mechanical engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities as required.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation to support engineering decisions.
