About The Position

The Minneapolis based group at Stantec is consistently working on a wide variety of exciting industrial food and beverage, process, chemical, agricultural, and other manufacturing projects. From retrofit/upgrade projects to brownfield additions, to complete greenfield facility installations, we partner with clients through all phases of the project lifecycle to deliver high quality designs and outcomes. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be expected to work with minimal supervision, taking a lead role for electrical/controls on both smaller projects and larger projects. You will participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and specification for engineered systems or products for a project, verifying compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards / practices. You will perform a variety of tasks which may include calculations, deliverable preparation, client meetings, and field support for information gathering, start-up and commissioning.
