About The Position
As an Electrical Engineer at FormFactor, Inc., you will work on probe card production design and translate customer design requirements to generate probe layout and net lists in a production probe card design environment. You will convert customer requirements through logical electrical design rules, and collaborate with multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, PCB design, Substrate, and Mechanical to design and prepare customer evaluations. Your role will involve interfacing with customers and vendors, providing quick turn analysis and feedback results to sales and design teams. Additionally, you will design and automate groups to define, develop, and improve design tools and design processes, applying a deep understanding of product specifications, electrical circuit knowledge, and internal design processes. You will manage multiple concurrent design projects from start to finish and train new employees on the design process, including documentation and inspection.
