Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will generate and maintain Combat System Cable Block Diagrams (CBD), Cable Installation/Interconnection Drawings (CIID); including Cable Running Sheets (CRS), Minimum Data Sets (MDS), Cable Impact Statements (CIS). Review PARM/OEM/vendor Installation Control Drawings and Technical Data Package products. Product developer for Aegis USN products, sites, FMS, AA. Must be a US Citizen; This position will require a government security clearance; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineer Technology Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Microsoft Office Experience (Like Outlook, Teams or Excel)
  • Experience on at least one team-based project
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance
  • Ability to work at a facility that requires special access

Nice To Haves

  • Some knowledge of various network types, current commercial trends in this field, as well as the cabling materials required to support
  • Basic level of knowledge of both military and commercial electrical interface protocols, Combat System integration criteria, equipment interaction methods, major signal flows, as well as, USN and commercial Shipbuilding Specifications
  • Experience using CAD
  • Networking, cabling experience
  • Fiber-optics experience
