  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in high-voltage and high-frequency engineering (industry, research, internship, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of: High-voltage systems, insulation methods, and safety practices
  • RF, microwave, or high-speed digital circuit principles
  • Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and high-voltage test equipment
  • Ability to read and generate electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with: Power electronics, pulsed power, RF systems, or microwave components
  • EMI/EMC mitigation and compliance testing
  • PCB layout for high-frequency or high-voltage applications
  • Familiarity with relevant standards (IEEE, IEC, MIL-STD, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, simulation, and analysis of high-voltage and high-frequency electrical systems and components
  • Support prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting, including lab-based measurements and field testing
  • Conduct high-voltage safety reviews, test procedures, and documentation
  • Analyze signal integrity, electromagnetic interference (EMI/EMC), and thermal performance
