Johnson Controls Fire Detection Products is searching for an Electronics Engineer to be located at the R&D facility in Westford, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting existing electronic hardware for fire alarm products. This position is located in Westford, MA, and you will be required to be onsite 3 days a week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
3+ years of experience in electronics design related to analog, power, audio, or embedded products/systems.
Discrete electronic component-level knowledge and experience.
Experience with electronic CAD (schematic capture, circuit simulation, or related).
Ability to work well with others in a Team environment that spans multiple countries.

Responsibilities

Work on analog and digital design and analysis.
Assist team with microcontroller and embedded system design.
Consult others in the organization to conceive, develop, and release products to production.
Collaborate in a team environment to generate creative solutions to product needs.
Design equipment to meet agency certifications (UL, ULC, CE, FCC).
