As an Electrical Engineer you will provide engineering design and analysis for nuclear power products, including fuel manufacturing, spent-fuel management, service and maintenance, instrumentation and control, and training. You will report to the Manager - Electrical Plants Electrical Engineering. This is a hybrid role located in Cranberry Twp, PA.

  • Work with customers, vendors and other teams on an engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments.
  • Plan and scheduling work to meet assignment requirements.
  • Perform review of nuclear systems and parts to identify improvements in maintenance activities and potential obsolescence issues.
  • Undertake all phases of the engineering design process for electrical systems.
  • Prepare drawings, designs, calculations, and analyses. Observing established codes, standards, drawings, or other client specifications.
  • Create and submit electrical drawings, technical reports, memos, specifications and calculations.
  • Design and drafting preparing Electrical drawings under the direction from Project Engineer or Project Manager on multiple projects.
  • Review drawings, calculations, specifications and other engineering documentation for compliance with contract requirements, good engineering practices, codes, and standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. No other degree accepted.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • 0 - 2 years' experience.
  • Any experience with power engineering, instrumentation and control helpful.
