About The Position

AECOM is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Piscataway, NJ office location. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mission critical design and construction, as well new product development and insertion. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Proactively identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders in order to Successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. Scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. Ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. Proactively identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria. Estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned and support those objectives within an organization. Independently design and deliver optimized program communication plans. Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on rationale for program pivots. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring. Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. Independently develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience plus eight years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
