Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with board schematic entry and PCB layout design.
• Experience in component-level troubleshooting and debugging.
• Experience with product development and manufacturing introduction.
• Familiarity with Land Mobile Radio, LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and other communications technologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Design transmitter/receiver circuits, including schematic entry and PCB layout, to meet power, sensitivity, and other key RF requirements.
• Conduct thorough board testing, measurements, and component-level troubleshooting.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure successful product development and manufacturing introduction.
