Requirements

Electrical Systems Design: Proficient in designing and analyzing electrical systems with good understanding of component function and testing.
Technical Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex electrical engineering issues.
Industry Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical engineering standards and best practices, such as DFSS tools and methodologies.
Project Coordination: Skilled in coordinating technical assignments and managing project tasks.
Effective Communication: Proficient in conveying complex technical information clearly and succinctly.
Team Collaboration: Adept at building productive working relationships with internal and external teams.
Technical Documentation: Competent in preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
Business Acumen: Understanding of key business drivers and applying this knowledge to engineering tasks.
Mentorship: Ability to provide informal guidance and support to new team members.
Systems Analysis: Skilled in analyzing systems and data to develop engineering solutions, with competent skills in problem solving and trouble-shooting.
4 Year Bachelors BS degree
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Responsibilities

Technical Design and Development: Designs and develops electrical systems and components using current technologies to meet project goals and industry standards.
Problem Analysis and Resolution: Analyzes technical issues and implements solutions for moderately complex electrical problems, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
Collaboration and Team Support: Partners with crossfunctional teams to integrate electrical solutions and provides informal guidance to new team members to enhance team productivity.
Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to enhance engineering processes and contributes to the continuous improvement of project workflows and quality standards.
Technical Documentation and Reporting: Prepares detailed technical documentation and reports to communicate project progress, system designs, and troubleshooting procedures to stakeholders.
