The Electrical Engineer (Product Development) is responsible for collaborating with vendors to evaluate product designs, executing improvement projects based on testing and market feedback, and conducting product compatibility testing with other lighting devices on the market. This position executes the resolution of advanced technical issues for Keystone customers and staff by managing, evaluating, and resolving any existing product/job-site issues. As a technical expert for Keystone, the Electrical Engineer will also advise and educate other parties, including customers, sales, RMA, marketing, and other less experienced product development team members.
