About The Position

Raven Defense is seeking a self-starting Electrical Engineer to support various engineering efforts, including electrical loads analysis, complex harness design, system wiring, troubleshooting, and printed circuit board design. The role involves working on projects related to satellite communications, telemetry, and electronic warfare, contributing to the company's mission of providing high-quality engineering services and specialized technical equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology integration in the defense and aerospace field.
• Working knowledge of RF and mixed signal design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team under stress from multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in airborne system integration activities.
• Operational experience in the DoD Research, Development, Test and Evaluation community.
• Progressive experience in technical and management of defense and aerospace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical loads analysis and complex harness design.
• Perform hands-on system wiring and troubleshooting.
• Design and document printed circuit boards.
