Requirements

  • Pursuing Bachelors or MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience or coursework related to microelectronics.
  • Familiar with I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and Ethernet interface design.
  • Proficient with lab tools such as bench power supplies, multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and soldering station.
  • Strong background in EE fundamentals - Analog and Digital circuits.
  • Familiar with EE CAD tools - Altium, orCAD, etc.
  • Familiar with scripting languages; Python preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own board bringup and automated board testing.
  • Collaborate with the design team to prepare test plans based on design requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure all key functions and edge cases are covered in the test plan.
  • Write, debug, and optimize test scripts for automated board testing.
  • Coordinate with software team to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Use tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers for troubleshooting.
  • Perform root cause analysis and work collaboratively with the team to resolve them.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test findings and resolved issues.
