Job Summary: ICT is looking for a personable and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our multi-disciplined design team! The position will be within our Nashville office, assisting the Infrastructure division. This individual must be very familiar with state-of-the-art design and various state and local regulations. Requirements

  • 4+ years of design/engineering consulting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Engineering consulting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • P.E. in Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Experience and detailed understanding of Revit is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise projects to ensure they meet commitments related to time, quality, and communication.
  • Work directly with clients to establish project schedules and set expectations.
  • Assist market segment manager and team leader in manpower projections and scheduling of work.
  • Collaborate and assist with training/mentoring of electrical engineering staff in the execution of specific projects to meet schedules and timely completion of projects.
  • Assist market segment manager and team leader in maintaining client base through various business development efforts.
  • Visits construction site to monitor progress and other duties per contract documents.
  • Assists in review of electrical technical work for accuracy.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of an experienced team.
  • Deal directly with clients/owners to assist with determining specific project needs.
  • Be responsible for the total electrical systems design for specific projects.
