Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • U.S. Citizenship required for clearance
  • 5–10 years of electrical design experience (7+ years preferred for industrial/aerospace)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead electrical design projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • NEC (National Electrical Code)
  • AutoCAD
  • ETAP or SKM
  • Revit

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Professional Engineer License (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of electrical engineering projects—from proposal development through construction completion.
  • Manage budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and specifications, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Apply advanced electrical engineering concepts to solve complex problems
  • Lead electrical design efforts for industrial and aerospace facilities
  • Perform complex engineering and economic calculations and modeling
  • Develop specifications (including Division 1) and construction estimates
  • Peer review large-scale electrical projects and produce detailed reports
  • Manage multiple long-term projects involving senior engineers and subconsultants
  • Seal drawings and provide technical direction to design teams
  • Lead construction meetings, review submittals, and produce punch lists and meeting reports
  • Participate in client presentations and professional organizations
