In this role you will work in a team environment to provide manufacturing support for production Magnetron test and assembly technicians. Specific responsibilities include the electrical design, analysis, and documentation of vacuum electron devices from concept to production.  Candidate will also be responsible for yield improvement, corrective actions, and other activities supporting manufacturing.  Requires good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with all other internal functional groups as well as suppliers and customers. Program management planning and reporting as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering
  • 0-2 years experience
  • Experience / Interest in RF, electromagnetism, microwave theory, materials and vacuum science
  • Strong background in experimental physics
  • U.S. Citizenship and are able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with 3D Cad tools and FEA is a plus
