The ideal person independently performs Electrical Engineering activities for all phases of mechanical development and equipment design for a project of significant size and complexity. Must be fully competent in performing all conventional aspects of Marine Engineering and application of independent judgment for the evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard design engineering criteria, methods and procedures.   • The Jr. Engineer works closely with the Sr. Engineer assist and support them.
  • Perform design reviews and evaluate constructability.
  • Resolve technical issues and manage information generated through the design and construction phases of multiple and concurrent projects.
  • Design and prepare engineering reports and related documentation, and devises charts and graphs to record results.
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a related Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 0-5 years of related Engineering experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before clients or employees of the organization.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
