About The Position
Looking to bring on an Entry Level Electrical Engineer in May 2025. This position will offer you the opportunity to work in a project team environment with other engineers and designers involved in the design, modification, and analysis of new and existing oil and gas facility electrical systems. This position will also offer the opportunity to support the design of power plants and other industrial facilities. As an Electrical Engineer, you will work on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of electrical engineering issues. Assist the project lead in efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget. Support the project lead in coordinating systems design activities to ensure installation and operations will comply with specifications, codes, and client requirements. Assist in preparing detailed calculations, including three phase power transient studies, voltage drop, and protective relay settings. Involvement in preparing documentation for design input for drawing production. Interface with vendors to prepare materials and equipment purchase specifications for client recommendations. Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements and S&L formats.
