Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Summer 2026 Electrical Engineering (or Computer Engineering, or RF Engineering) Intern. In this role, you will gain experience with digital and RF hardware design, software-defined radios, part selection, modeling and simulation, lab-based testing and demonstration, and transition to manufacturing. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Schematic Capture, PCB Layout, RF principals, MS Office and Design Engineering. Must be a US Citizen.

Requirements

Course work in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering from an accredited college.
Eligibility and willingness to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of digital and RF circuits.
Experience in designing and carrying out experiments (e.g. undergraduate/graduate research, lab coursework).
Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with MATLAB, Python, and C programming
Familiar with eCAD tools such as Altium, Xpedition, or similar.
Course work or experience in Software Defined Radios
