With a state-of-the-art facility and a commitment to sustainability, KTG is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduling production based on sales orders; schedule the layout and arrangement based on monthly sales, and ensure it is completed two days in advance (sometimes sooner) so departments can plan ahead.
• Complete daily scheduling of production using Automatic Production Scheduling (APS) and MES software for each shift.
• Make schedule adjustments if issues occur or production needs change.
• Process routing and production version for new materials (new specs) that are entered, in anticipation of making new product.
• Communicate directly with all departments within the plant to prepare for production planning as needed.
• Run codes in SAP to check for errors that are occurring in SAP during the production process; review errors and troubleshoot and communicate with HQ for final resolution as needed.
• Conduct monthly closing of materials for production; Determine yield of plant for the month. Complete month change overs; conduct inventory of stock, communicate inventory and retain yield figure from SAP and report calculations to finance.
• Create additional schedule in Excel spreadsheets to forecast production speeds.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Implement best practices and recommend upgrades or modifications.
