About The Position
The Electrical Engineer (Power Distribution) position will collaborate with Bayer's leading Crop Science Row Crop Production sites to support the electrical norms, practices, standards, guidelines, and procedures, staying current with industry standards, technology, and improved safety methods. The position will bridge capital investment, completing routine maintenance requirements to create a shared understanding and generate support for electrical distribution and infrastructure projects. This includes supporting the maintenance and reliability phases of electrical infrastructure, which ranges from 480V to 13.2KV, with medium voltage considered 600V to 13.2KV. The role involves ensuring electrical safety and compliance with NFPA 70E along with the Health and Safety group, coordinating technical documentation, and providing direction and support to electrical designers and field engineers.
