You will report directly to our Engineering Director and work out of our Lancaster, PA location. Requirements
- US CITIZEN REQUIREMENT Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements
- YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an applicable technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in electronic aerospace and/or defense systems or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing staff.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a talented team of electrical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of micro-electronic components and systems.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team members across all aspects of EE, e.g. analog, digital, RF, power.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement strategies, processes, and best practices pertaining to electrical and electronics engineering.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, task execution, and resources.
- Support new business initiatives through estimation and proposal development.
