Requirements

  • US CITIZEN REQUIREMENT Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
  • Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements
  • YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an applicable technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in electronic aerospace and/or defense systems or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a talented team of electrical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of micro-electronic components and systems.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team members across all aspects of EE, e.g. analog, digital, RF, power.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies, processes, and best practices pertaining to electrical and electronics engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, task execution, and resources.
  • Support new business initiatives through estimation and proposal development.
