About The Position

Freese and Nichols is seeking an Electrical Designer in Fort Worth, Texas. As Electrical Designer, you will support the development of design drawings and technical deliverables for facility and infrastructure projects while working alongside engineers and project teams. Requirements

• High school diploma with CAD drafting coursework or equivalent
• 5+ years of CAD drafting experience
• 2+ years of design experience in a related engineering field
• Proficiency with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) tools and systems
• Ability to apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in design work

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
• Experience supporting facility or infrastructure design projects
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines and contribute to project delivery
• Ability to exercise independent judgment on assigned tasks
