About The Position

Join a collaborative MEP design team delivering high-performance electrical systems for commercial, retail, and hospitality interiors. We're hiring a Senior Electrical Designer to lead design efforts, mentor junior staff, and support project delivery across all phases. This is a hybrid role based in Midtown Manhattan, ideal for candidates with strong technical skills and experience in high-end interiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 4+ years in a professional engineering design role
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with commercial/corporate, retail, and hospitality interiors
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineering License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality schematics and layouts based on company design principles
• Perform surveys, calculations, equipment selections, and layouts
• Review shop drawings, conduct field observations, and prepare reports
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with consultants
• Ensure adherence to design standards and project timelines
