Job Summary: As an Electrical Engineer/ Designer, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary team to design innovative building systems and deliver high‑quality construction documents for impactful institutional projects across diverse markets. We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Electrical Engineer/Designer who is eager to contribute, grow their expertise, and build a rewarding career as part of our firm.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of electrical design experience (power, fire alarm, communications)
  • Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and electrical modeling tools
  • Knowledge of NEC and IECC
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and collaborative
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • PE license a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and program electrical systems including lighting, power, fire alarm, telecom and security
  • Develop calculations for lighting systems and associated controls
  • Develop electrical system design calculations
  • Prepare detailed design documents in REVIT and perform QA/QC review work
  • Review contractor submittals for contract compliance (as needed)
  • Coordinate with Owners, Architects and with other disciplines.
  • Complete code compliance research
  • Oversee and provide guidance to junior engineers
  • Support project pursuits and client relationship development
  • Respond to contractor RFIs
