This position has a target start date in summer 2026. Perform various drafting/design tasks as a member of a project team under the direct supervision of electrical designers and/or the project design lead. You will have the opportunity to apply your computer-aided drafting skills, while receiving hands-on training in 3D design software environments, such as AutoCAD 3D and/or MicroStation. Additionally, you will receive training in Sargent & Lundy’s award-winning, industry-recognized proprietary 3d plant design platform. You will be involved in the preparation and completion of project documents. You may accompany and assist experienced designers on walkdowns at client facilities to gather information for your design project. While interfacing with the different design disciplines to coordinate over all plant design. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of spending three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
