Requirements

  • Industry experience in board‑level circuit design.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and their behaviors.
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).
  • Hands‑on lab experience (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.).
  • Solid foundation in RF and analog circuit design principles.
  • Experience with scripting or programming for test automation.
  • A track record of thriving in multidisciplinary, multicultural global teams.
  • Experience working in high volume manufacturing or semiconductor industry
  • Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to engineering teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Select, evaluate, and characterize the electronic components that form the backbone of our products.
  • Lead electronics subsystem design activities—from schematic capture to PCB layout to hands‑on prototyping.
  • Dive deep into circuit debugging, diagnostics, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Develop diagnostic scripts that elevate PCA qualification and performance validation.
  • Drive seamless system and subsystem integration with partner teams.
  • Execute rigorous subsystem qualification testing to ensure reliability and robustness.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations to transition designs smoothly into high‑volume production.
