Electrical Design Engineer – (Malvern, PA. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Masters preferred
• 3–7 years of experience in electronic hardware design and product development, preferably with wireless products or RF technologies
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design , including power regulation and high-speed digital design
• Hands-on experience with RF or wireless hardware design particularly Wi-Fi (802.11) or similar technologies
• Familiarity with schematic and PCB design tools
• Must be proficient using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
• Understanding of hardware validation, DFM/DFT principles, and reliability testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for wireless communication systems
• Collaborate on RF front-end design, power management, and high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, USB)
• Support PCB layout activities, including schematic capture, component selection, and design reviews
• Participate in hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation of new products
• Work with firmware and systems teams to ensure optimal hardware/software integration and performance
• Conduct signal, and power integrity analysis as needed
