About The Position

PICO system prototyping team's mission is to incubate the next generation XR products including MR headsets, AR glasses and more smart wearables. Based on ByteDance group's vision, the team independently comes up with product vision, roadmap, definition, architecture as well as initial designs including experience, structural, electrical, firmware as well as software. Responsibilities

• Face the challenge of system-level electrical design for future XR products, including futuristic AR glasses, advanced MR headsets, and more wearables. Engage early on innovative product concepts and hardware prototyping in the Product Incubation Team.
• Capture schematics for low-power MCU and low-noise analog frontend at system level. Work on early MCU selection, sensors selection, schematic capture, layout, layout review, system bringing up and supporting embedded and software teams.
• Hands-on electronics development from scratch, full-system schematic capture, professional rigid board designs, Flex designs, testing's and bring-up in electronics Lab.
• Prototype closely with industrial designers, optical engineers, mechanical engineers, IC engineers and software engineers for optimized outcomes.
