Job Description/Preferred Qualifications We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join our Central Engineering team in Milpitas! The successful candidate will design of cables, power distribution, PLC controls circuit design, PLC programming (i.e. Siemens, Allen Bradley), safety modules, test fixture builds, and ECO releases.

Requirements

  • Experienced in operating lab equipment
  • Experience in electrical and electronics design
  • Experience with programmable logic controller (PLC)
  • Strong OrCAD and/or AutoCAD skills
  • Oversee design development to completion
  • Solve electrical and electronic problems
  • Hands-on skills related to power distribution testing & rework, and building test fixtures
  • Strong problem analysis and solving capability
  • Results-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, and internal & external customers
  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
