About The Position

Dubak Electrical Group is seeking to hire a full-time, hands-on Electrical Craft Instructor to teach our Electrical Apprentices through our 4-year Apprenticeship program. This is a full-time position that includes classroom teaching and additional duties to support Apprentice development and program administration. This individual must be a Journeyman Electrician and pass the NCCER Knowledge Verification Assessment as a condition of employment. Classes are facilitated on Monday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's every week from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm during the school year (September-May).

Requirements

• Must be a verifiable Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 7 years of field experience.
• Pass the NCCER Knowledge Verification assessment for Industrial Electricians.
• Skilled in conduit bending (hand bending, mechanical bending, electric bending).
• Knowledgeable in Electrical Theory, motors and transformers, grounding and bonding, hazardous locations, and motor controls.
• Strong foundation of the NEC and ability to navigate the code.
• Good communication skills and ability to speak to large groups.
• Strong organization and preparation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Current license holding is a plus.

Responsibilities
