About The Position

The Electrical Coordinator is the central hub for scheduling, dispatching, and supporting our electrical service team. You’ll ensure jobs run smoothly from start to finish by coordinating schedules, managing workflow, maintaining communication between technicians, customers, and leadership, and keeping projects on track. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in electrical service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or a related role.
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems and terminology preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with scheduling/dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for residential electrical technicians and installers.
• Dispatch jobs efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Track job progress, ensure accurate documentation, and update records in Service Titan.
• Serve as a communication link between customers, technicians, and management.
• Manage parts orders, equipment delivery, and job readiness.
• Review completed jobs for accuracy in documentation and billing.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as job completion rates, callback frequency, and technician efficiency.
• Support compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding and training new electrical team members.
