Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Strong drawing interpretation skills
- Working knowledge of NEC
- Experience using electrical test equipment
Responsibilities
- Specifying and Ordering Electrical & Control Equipment
- Support the quotation process by coordinating with vendors to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Team and Electrical Stager to manage stock levels
- Inspect electrical gear for compliance with cutsheets and electrical standards
- Prepare and Maintain Proposal and Submittal Documents
- Ensure equipment documentation is accurate and included in all submittals
- Documentation as the design evolves
- Review electrical and control submittals for scope alignment
- Coordinating Fabrication Phase and Drawings
- Collaborate with the electrical design team to verify fabrication drawings
- Monitor electrical stock and perform project gear inspections
- Coordinating Electrical Fabrication
- Oversee staging of major electrical gear, instruments, and consumables
- Support Production Manager and Lead Electrician with material readiness
- Monitor and resolve issues related to missing or delayed components
- Prepare shipping lists for field-installed electrical equipment
- Assist with Testing & Inspection
- Review and verify completed electrical testing documentation
- Coordinate with Electrical Inspector for periodic on-site inspections
