About The Position

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in the administration, planning, and execution of electrical construction projects across Southern Minnesota. Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll supervise projects from inception to completion, developing customer relationships and ensuring economic project management while upholding our commitment to quality workmanship. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) year degree in electrical construction, construction management, similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • National Electrical Code knowledge.
  • Drawing/blueprint reading and specification experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word computer skills.
  • Bluebeam and CAD experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Drawing/blueprint reading and specification experience preferred.
  • Bluebeam and CAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in supervising the project through purchasing, engineering, subletting and installation.
