Position Summary The individual will be responsible to perform quality assembly and wiring on different control panels according to customer specifications and internal manufacturing standards while respecting the working environment.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma. Training in electricity, an asset.
• Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of experience as an Electrical Cabler
• Computer Skills: None required
• Certificates & Licenses: None required
• Read engineering drawings
• Perform work with precision and thoroughness
• Work at a steady pace and produce quality work

Responsibilities

• Install equipment (conduit, junction boxes, lights, control panels, vfd’s, etc.) according to wiring diagrams using ladders, hand tools, etc.
• Assist in testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and if necessary, apply knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems.
• Bend metal conduit using pipes bending equipment
• Measure, cut and pull the wire according to the specification sheets
• Terminate wiring at panels and various devices
• Other responsibilities as assigned
