About The Position

Responsible for assembling, installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and sustaining electrical systems within automated battery pack assembly equipment and advanced manufacturing platforms. This role supports low-voltage and high-voltage systems, PLC-controlled machinery, industrial automation networks, and safety circuits in accordance with engineering specifications, company standards, and safety requirements. This position operates within a hybrid R&D and Production environment and serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned work center(s). Following line launch and stabilization, this role provides escalation-level support to production and may participate in future domestic or international technology transfers and new equipment deployments.

Requirements

Strong understanding of DC and industrial electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, I/O diagrams, and technical documentation.
Skilled in use of multimeters, crimping tools, hand tools, and diagnostic instruments.
Knowledge of grounding, shielding, circuit protection, and safety systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technical environment.
Minimum of 1–3 years of electrical assembly or industrial automation experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience troubleshooting industrial automation systems preferred.
Familiarity with high-voltage safety protocols preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
Technical certification or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial environments preferred.
