About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Electrical Assembler to join our team in Alachua. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical wiring, PCB, logic controllers, power tools, and assembly processes. Pay: $20-25/hr to start, with increases as you master the product This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers phenomenal benefits once Hired In, including generous PTO, a full benefits package and 401K contribution + match. Requirements

• Experience in electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must have a stable job history
• Must have a willingness to learn
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.

Responsibilities

• Test and implement electrical systems and products based on specifications
• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans
• Repair and maintain electronic systems as needed
• Perform system testing to evaluate performance and functionality
• Maintain inventory control of electronic components and tools
• Recommend upgrades and modifications to improve system performance
