About The Position

A successful Electronical Assembly Technician will be able to assemble or modify electrical or electronic equipment, such as electrical panel, switches kits, motors, or hydraulic cylinders and test equipment e.g. telemetering systems, electric motors, center drives.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints
  • Must have knowledge of caliper gauges and computers
  • Must be familiar with hand tools – drills, screwdrivers, etc
  • Previous wiring experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required to meet our customer needs
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals
  • Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result
  • Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal
  • Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations
  • Ability to explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers
  • Must be able to Communicate in English
