As an Assembler II, you will build and assemble high-quality electrical components and remote power panels that are critical to our end product. This role relies on your electrical knowledge, hands-on assembly skills, attention to detail, and strong commitment to safety. Your work ensures products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical and quality standards—directly supporting operational excellence and company growth.

Requirements

  • Prior electrical experience (e.g., wiring, panel assembly, electrical components, or related electrical work).
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
  • Experience working with hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • This role requires reading, writing, and understanding work instructions, safety info, and training materials in English.
  • Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical components and remote power panels according to schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Build products in a correct, timely, and cost-effective manner while meeting all quality requirements and specifications.
  • Perform in-process and final quality checks, including visual inspections and basic electrical verification as required.
  • Interpret technical documentation, electrical drawings, and bills of materials.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of various electrical components, building materials, and technical terminology to support skill growth and advancement.
  • Accurately follow all job tracking, documentation, and production reporting procedures.
  • Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including electrical safety.
  • Comply with all company policies in accordance with Accelevation’s Employee Handbook.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Obtain forklift certification if deemed necessary by the manager.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the manager.
