The Opportunity: Williams International has an exciting opportunity for Electrical Assembly (CCA). This position is responsible for the assembly of complex circuit card assembly. This position is for 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm). Additionally, Electrical Assembly will: Fabricate electrical and/or mechanical assemblies Follow manufacturing planning for instructions and inspection requirements per IPC standards. Perform in process electrical tests consistent with an FTP document. Verify dimensions and or performance using standard measuring instruments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing planning instructions
• Experience with Circuit Card Assemblies preferred
• 1-2 years of experience with automated SMT and through hole CCA equipment
• 1-2 years in using precision tools, fixture and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and assemble parts from manufacturing planning instructions
• Ability to perform detailed work requiring fine motor skills
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds from floor to height of 25 inches, capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, have a grip strength of at least 50 pounds and be able to reach above shoulder 65 inches above floor level (minimum).

• Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Nice To Haves

• Certification to IPC-7711/7721, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 is a plus.

Responsibilities
