Our Assembler performs electrical assembly of components for high-speed high-volume food processing machines and peripheral equipment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of electrical manufacturing experience
- Ability to read & understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Able to use specialized tools and measuring instruments.
Nice To Haves
- Previous assembly experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the assembly of Provisur/Formax electrical panels and sub-panels that are included in machines and peripherals including the manufacturing of cables and wire harnesses
- Program servos, drives, and sensors and CPUs
- Test completed units to ensure proper functioning and adherence to specifications and is the highest of quality.
- Perform final inspections on assembled and tested equipment.
- Partner across teams by sharing equipment improvement ideas with Engineering and supporting the Service team with troubleshooting.
