ITW GSE DIVISION The ITW GSE Division is an industry leading manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to the aviation industry. Core customers are Airports and Airlines in all countries around the World. Core products are Power Supply Units for aircraft parked on the ground. The ITW GSE has 2 factories and 3 sales offices: ITW GSE Americas, Palmetto Florida ITW GSE International, Odense Denmark Sales Office Dubai Sales Office Singapore Organizationally ITW GSE is part of the Specialty Products Segment of Illinois Tool Works (ITW). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizing the ITW Toolbox, Assemble products in assigned area while focused on quality and on time delivery of goods. Foster a safe environment where productivity and efficiency are the main focus and employees enjoy meaningful and challenging work. Utilize ITW principles and philosophies: simplify, focus, trust, empower Maintain a clean, well-organized cell at all times Follow all safety and QMS procedures and processes. Be a Champion of 5S follow 5S principles and practices. Have full working knowledge of the Production Board and be able to use it to guide daily work. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS Professional Experience – Production assembly preferred. Functional Experience – Read and understand blueprints and schematics. Communicate effectively at all levels of the company. Be able to operate hand tools, air tools, torque wrench. Industry Experience – Manufacturing industry preferred. Language – English Education – High school diploma Physical- Must be able to lift 50 libs and be able to stand for 8 hours ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
